The rates are per apartment and include:
- Service daily
- 24 hour security
During Any Time:
Given that the rental income is for the purpose of covering our cost I don’t distinguish between low and high seasons.
The rate for the apartment is AUS $ 120,- per night with a maximum occupancy of 3 or 4 persons (2 adults plus 2 children or 3 adults).
The rate includes the provision of bed linen, two bath and beach towels. Linen and towels for more than 2 guests will be charged on a once off basis of AUS $30 per guest. Please notify upon booking that you require this to enable us to make the necessary arrangements.
The above rates are negotiable for guests wishing to stay for a prolonged period.
A deposit is required to reserve the apartment and a non-refundable deposit of 50% must be paid as your booking confirmation. The balance of the payment must be made one week before your arrival. We shall forward you the account details by email.
Check out time is 12.00 noon
Late checkout: 25% charge for use until 20.00 pm
